The road maintenance fee in Lapu-lapu city is another notable fee as this kind of charge is usually just charged by subdivisions as they maintain their roads as a private entity, whereas government roads are maintained by the government.
Another notable fee in Lapu-lapu city is the construction fee as they require you to pay the tax for it like you are building in in a different state – even the subdivisions don’t charge this kind of fee.
