The supervision team can come from the contractor side. The contractor provides the construction timeline thus it is essential that the contractor’s supervisors and supervision style can very well execute the expected outputs in his timeline.
The usual cause of the delays is the supervision of the project. The workers and the supervisors need to work harmoniously and work as a team.
If the project management team is not satisfied with the contractor’s delivery, they can simply replace the contractor with one that can meet targets. But before a contractor is replaced he will need to first deliver what he ought to deliver with has already been paid to him.
