In Company Trainers Certification Training

In Company Training is envisioned by the ASEAN and German GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) (German Corporation for International Cooperation) to be the solution to improve the ASEAN labor skill level and marketability. By training in company trainers to be better trainers by teaching them how to train better, our workers skill level will greatly increase, and thus the company’s production will greatly increase.

Companies usually already have good trainers, but what’s lacking is the training to make them better trainers, if not the best, using teaching and training laws and principles that a trainer can only acquire if he/she studies education principles or take a masters or doctorate in teaching and training, luckily all that’s needed to become a certified ASEAN standard trainer is now condensed to 5 days through the In company trainers training program.

Langahin Training Systems now System Trainings Inc spearheaded by Dr, Faustino Langahin, a Doctor in Education, and an ASEAN and German GIZ certified Master Trainer, is offering affordable In Company Trainers Training Program using the ASEAN and German GIZ Standard benchmarks.

Dr Jun Langahin is the only ASEAN and German GIZ certified Master Trainer available for Visayas and Mindanao. Companies who benefited from the trainings include, but is not limited to, Mitsumi, Tsuneishi, Cebu Chamber of Commerce, and Timex Phils

Here is a video primer rationale of the ASEAN In Company Trainers Training Program:

The In Company Trainers Certification Training aims to:

  • Standardize trainers to the ASEAN Standards for In Company Trainers to ensure global competitiveness.
  • Enhance and Benchmark trainers to have the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies in accordance with the ASEAN and German GIZ Standards…
  • Conform to the German Standard for In-Company Trainers (Ausbildereignungsverordnung AEVO [Lifetime Trainer Suitability Regulation])
  • Make trainers conform to the ASEAN certified competent in-company trainers to improve the productivity and competitiveness of the workforce.

The Duration of the trainers training is 40 hours (5 days).

Currently, a company package requires a minimum of 15 participants to make it economically viable.

We recommend the venue to be the company’s conference / training room, or we recommend places like the ADP (Alvaro del Portillo) building of CITE (Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise) (cost excluded) in Talamban Cebu.

Training Investment cost is PhP2,000.00 per person per day; includes course handouts and certificates; VAT exclusive.

Client additional cost may include meals and snacks.

The certification will be through the ACAS (Assessment Certification and Accreditation Services) of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce Inc.

The 5 days training can be broken down into 2 plus 3 days or 3 plus 2 days for 2 weeks, if the client so requires, usually preferred on Thursdays to the weekend to make it convenient for the companies.
